Schiffkorb works with Smallholder farmers from the northern to southern provinces of Rwanda to bring to to the market quality coffee. Farmers like Anastace Minani and Beatrice Akimpaye are part of a smallholder farmers cooperative in Rwanda, producing specialty coffee beans. Emphasis on coffee quality puts Rwanda at the top of highly-valued specialty coffee. Small scale farmers hope to improve their source of livelyhood for their families and communities by working together as a cooperative
