When visiting our website, an automatical protocolling starts through our hoster that we made a commissioned-data-processing-contract with. The servers of the provider are located in Germany.
In the web server, the following data are processed in a log file:
- IP-adress of the demanding device
- date and time of view
- time difference between demanding host and web server
- purport of demand/designation of file which was transmitted to the user
- possible mistakes in loading files
- amount of data in Byte
- name of website the user came from before opening our page
- used browser, browser version and language, operating system
Elicitation, processing and usage of personal data
We are only capturing personal data (information about personal or factual conditions of a particular/ determinable person) in your supplied range. Processing and usage of your personal data is only happening to handle your inquiries and for the commentary function.
After completion of the contract, all personal data is first stored under consideration of tax and commercial retention periods and then deleted after the deadline.
Transfer of personal data
Transfer of personal data to third parties won’t happen without your permission. Excluded from this are only my service partners, which I need to process the contractual relationship. In these cases, I strictly observe the provisions of the GDPR. The amount of data transmission is limited to a minimum.
